Product Description

An Energy Audit or Power Audit is an inspection, survey and analysis of energy flows, for energy conservation in a building, process or system to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output(s). In commercial and industrial real estate, an energy audit is the first step in identifying opportunities to reduce energy expense and carbon footprints. (wikipedia)

As part of the continuous drive to save power due to financial implications to consumers burdened by excessive tariff increases it is essential to determine power consumption trends, implement energy efficient technologies and awareness programs with a view to determine ways to reduce consumption and ultimately reduce operational cost.

Key Objective
The main purpose of the energy audits will be to reduce the overall building energy consumption and also its carbon footprint by reducing CO2 emissions.

Our audit scope incorporates the following:
Phase 1

  • Tariff and Account Analysis. Evaluation of the current tariff structure to determine suitability.
  • Walk-Through audit of the facility, incorporating all power consuming equipment/appliances.
  • Energy & Cost Saving Recommendations

Phase 2

  • Implementation Plan
  • Supply & implementation
